Would really like to have the ability to create ad-hoc reports where we can pull reports based on our own criteria/needs. Should include all registrant data, financials, etc.

Registration cap number for attendees and exhibitors
Registration cap number. We need a way to stop registration automatically once a certain number of attendees or exhibitors register. Example, we have over 3,000 possible attendees but the venue can only hold 300. Its hard to monitor and only allow 300 and disabled registration. This could be less then the seats purchased.

Sort Onliine Registrations by Last Name
Currently the online registration list is sorted by first names which makes it harder to find the name you are looking for.

Discount Coupons to specific ticket options
We have virtual and in-person ticket options with different prices. I would like to be able to select the ticket type that the coupon can be applied to.

Make an option to be able to require attendees to register for a session in every time block.
Currently there is only an option to Prevent attendees from registering to overlapping sessions. I would like to see an option to either require them to chose an option for every block OR give them a prompt letting them know that they missed registration for session blocks. We have had a number of attendees not realize that they missed choosing a session for certain blocks so it would be nice to have some sort of notification/requirement/prompt to avoid this from happening.

Increase Number of "Category Fields" for the Certificates to 7
Increase the number of category fields from 5 to 7 or more. When licenses have many certifications they need numerous category field options to make it easier for attendees upon receiving the certificates.

Bulk Attendee Registration Edits
Currently, only basic Attendee fields can be exported/imported for bulk edits. It would be great if all fields from a registration could be imported after a bulk CSV edit. Along the same lines, removing the need to identify custom fields separately from the registration fields could be improved by linking all of these back to the original registration.

Attendee App
I would really really like to see a way to import a generic password for all attendees so that they don’t have to go through the “I forgot my password”. We had to dedicate a computer and a person to change everyone’s password to 1234 onsite

5 votesIt is not possible to track number of downloads as that happens on Apple or Android servers. We do track number of app log ins per event.

We don't use sequential numbers as that enables guessing ID numbers of other users.

Add the Avery template #8395 to the badge template options
We typically use this because we can fit 8 badges per page on this Avery #8395 template which saves on materials.

this would allow unique card numbers for each conference.

Have print option to print badges on dymo printer

Email duplication
Make the system not error out when the same email is used more than once. In my last conference, I could not enter myself as an attendee (to earn credit for classes attended) because I was also the administrator. I also had several instructors who wanted to attend classes when they weren't teaching.

Increase the number of characters displayed on the iConf app.
Some of the classes we have have really long names that are almost identical except for the last part. It is difficult to make sure the name is the correct one if the wrong class is showing up they may look the same.
