  1. Invoice generator for non credit card payment

    It would be a great enhancement if you had some kind of invoice generator much like the certificates/badge designer. Where if the registrant chose this payment method it would automatically generate and email the invoice to them. Would be nice if it would BCC the same email with invoice to our mailbox so we know ahead of time. Then they can send payment without our fiscal dept having to manually make invoices. Would want unique invoice number for each one with option to print/email again if they lost invoice much like certificates. This would probably benefit engineerica as well for…

  5. Payment

    Have an option to let people mail checks or use another form of payment other than PayPal. Then, when the check is received, I can select a box showing they paid (and the date).
    Anyone who hasn't paid, I can send a reminder email.

  6. keep track of cash or check payments received

    The system will be enhanced if there's a way to keep track of cash or check payments made by participants that opted out of paying via Paypal. There should be a manual way to confirm payment in the system either before the participant is confirmed or after it's been confirmed. Another option should be to filter the participants under different types of payment statuses.

  7. conference attendee login email

    Regarding the email that's automatically sent to attendees about downloading the conference attendee app and logging in....
    Please reformat this email. It looks like spam, it's poorly written, and even has typos.
    Maybe include a place for the conference logo. Some emails went out with '[null]' as the conference name. It didn't populate for some reason. Wasn't impressed.

  8. search attendees by company

    It'd be nice if when you search the company and click on it, if there was an option to see the attendees associated with that company. Currently can only see representatives. There's been multiple instances where this would have been usefull.

  10. Formatting complications!!!

    We were told that the "auto-correct" feature that would be such that we could have all caps for some fields, but even after we try to correct the "Nasa" to "NASA" for example, and save it. It goes back to Nasa... Auto correct is not helpful in our registration, it actually creates a ton of work for us.

    There are many times when we would not want first letter capital and the rest lower case.

    Please advise on when this could be fixed.

  11. Show character limits on the Import help pages.

    I ran into issues with the course descriptions, speakers, etc when I had more data than was allowed. It would be helpful to show the character limits for each field for each type of import so that can be cleaned up prior.

  12. Import exhibitor info for attendee app

    I imported the exhibitors as "exhibitor admins" as suggested. Now, on the Attendee App, it lists All the companies, but NONE of the other info. First name, last name, company, and email is all I imported. There's fields for those, but none of that data is displayed. When I go to the website, I can find the data I imported under exhibitor admins as I expected. HOWEVER, the fields on the attendee app do not match those on the exhibitor admin form (there's no field for booth, description, etc.). It appears, the form for the attendee app matches the form…

  13. Create an area in the attendee app to add a basic agenda/schedule.

    This would be a basic outline of the event, not specific to the attendee.
    For example I'd like to enter
    8am-9am Registration
    9am-11am Session 1
    11am-1pm Lunch
    1pm-2:30pm Session 2
    etc
    Then the attendee's specific info would be listed under their schedule section

  15. The process of resetting a password for every user was cumbersome.

    We had several attendees complain about the process or need onsite support which slowed the registration process. In future versions, it would be helpful to an automatic e-mail sent to the attendee with a random password and bypass the password reset process.

    I would really really like to see a way to import a generic password for all attendees so that they don’t have to go through the “I forgot my password”. We had to dedicate a computer and a person to change everyone’s password to 1234 onsite

    In the list of Companies only show the Exhibitors Companies or have a view option to see a list of exhibitor companies vs. attendee companies. The attendee app shows this fine but online it looks like they are all combined.
