The process of resetting a password for every user was cumbersome.
We had several attendees complain about the process or need onsite support which slowed the registration process. In future versions, it would be helpful to an automatic e-mail sent to the attendee with a random password and bypass the password reset process.

Provide the custom user fields in the online registration system.
We really need our badges and certificates to include custom fields that we created for that purpose. We are wanting to use the Conference Tracker registration system, that is a downside for us to use your software.

Add imports specifically for other types of users such as Operators, Presenter, Exhibitors, and/or Admins
Add imports specifically designed to import other types of users such as Operators, Presenter, Exhibitors, and/or Admins. Attendee imports are great to get the bulk of the imports created but we still need this because as it stands we have to convert them to another user type once imported as an attendee.

In the list of Companies only show the Exhibitors Companies
In the list of Companies only show the Exhibitors Companies or have a view option to see a list of exhibitor companies vs. attendee companies. The attendee app shows this fine but online it looks like they are all combined.

keep track of cash or check payments received
The system will be enhanced if there's a way to keep track of cash or check payments made by participants that opted out of paying via Paypal. There should be a manual way to confirm payment in the system either before the participant is confirmed or after it's been confirmed. Another option should be to filter the participants under different types of payment statuses.

Payment
Have an option to let people mail checks or use another form of payment other than PayPal. Then, when the check is received, I can select a box showing they paid (and the date).

That you have a design for two sided name badges
I would like to print the name badge on one-side, and the attendees schedule on the second page. That way I can order the two-sided fold name tags and print everything they need.

Folders to organize conference sessions and/or attendees
It would be really great to be able to organize the conference sessions by folders - so that workshops can be sorted, and grouped.
We currently run monthly modules with multiple workshops, and this all shows up on the Conference sessions list as a long list. Would be great to group together some of the workshop sessions.
Attendees: It would be nice to sort attendees into categories.

Disable option for Sign-in and Sign-out Error Messages
Some of our classes are 6 hours long, but the attendees can come in late or leave early to receive 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours credit. Allow an option, at least for the longer classes, to let them sign-in or sign-out without getting an error message. This message was a pain at the seminar because many of our classes were at least 2 hours long. Especially if the went out to come back on break.

Allow a customized email template for the "Mail Badges Option" including allowing one to change the return/reply-to address.
Allow customization of the email message that gets sent with the badges including changing the return/reply-to address. With the current system the badges look like spam and end up in the recipient's junk mail or spam folder. Also allow customization of the reply-to in the Broadcast messages.
3 votesWe allow to change that and now the email is signed. Take into account that any email can be received as spam. Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo currently do not detect our emails as spam.

Show Conference Domain while in Conference Tracker and even have a single sign-on to view all Conferences
Since I can get into 2 Domains (one for each conference) now it might be a good idea to have the name appear on them so dummies like me do not get confused which Domain they are working in. It would be good to be able to login with just one set of credentials as well.

to add a place to up load documents for the presenters to handout to attendees
As a presenter I would like to have the attendees go in and download or print out the handouts for the training prior to attending the conference. I thought handouts would be a copy of what is distributed.

Registration receipt
Conference Tracker would benefit very much from finding a way to email a copy of the registration items as a receipt once the registrant is finished with his/her registration process. The system asks for their individual emails so it's just a matter of forwarding the information.

Invoice generator for non credit card payment
It would be a great enhancement if you had some kind of invoice generator much like the certificates/badge designer. Where if the registrant chose this payment method it would automatically generate and email the invoice to them. Would be nice if it would BCC the same email with invoice to our mailbox so we know ahead of time. Then they can send payment without our fiscal dept having to manually make invoices. Would want unique invoice number for each one with option to print/email again if they lost invoice much like certificates. This would probably benefit engineerica as well for…

Italicize Badge Font
Font editor for text on the badges. Would be a great addition to have a variety of different fonts and ability to bold, italicize and underline as well.

Allow sending certificates after account's expiration
Sometimes users misplace their certificates and want replacements. It would be good if we are able to access these after the account has expired.
