Add the PCNAMETAG template N6LPWB to the badge template options
I would like to use this badge option since there are less lined perforations to have to tear when using this template at the conference. This is the template style:

Add notifications to select admins/operators for online registrations.
We're just trying out the exhibitor registration feature and would like notifications sent to staff when a new registration comes in instead of having to go into conftrac and see if any new ones arrived.

Report of Invoices Sent
It would be useful to be able to run or download a report of all of the invoices generated and sent. Amount, to who, date, etc.
3 votesWe will enable adding a CC email address to the email that goes out to the attendee with an invoice attachment. This way conference admin can have a copy of all invoices.

Allow formatting of the registration session page
There is currently no way to distinguish between the session blocks on the registration form other than setting the time. It would be much more visually pleasing and less confusing for attendees if each session block was split or had some sort of line/ box/ symbol indicating the start of a new time block.

Add a Yes/No prompt to confirm before iConf automatically changes the workshop to the next scheduled workshop.
We recently had a conference where their sign-in/sign-out windows were very close as are most of the workshops at conferences. One particular set of workshops that had over 300 attendees in the workshop took longer than the iConf app allowed to sign-out people and began signing out folks for the next workshop at the time it was supposed to start. A prompt to switch the workshop would be nice before the device automatically changes to the new workshop.

Create a registration report with all data - including financial details.
Please create a report that pulls all data for each registered individual, including financial details. This is critical for reconciliation.

allow you to change the orientation of photos before posting to social wall
When posting a image it does not confirm the image or allow you to set the proper orientation.

search attendees by company
It'd be nice if when you search the company and click on it, if there was an option to see the attendees associated with that company. Currently can only see representatives. There's been multiple instances where this would have been usefull.

Formatting complications!!!
We were told that the "auto-correct" feature that would be such that we could have all caps for some fields, but even after we try to correct the "Nasa" to "NASA" for example, and save it. It goes back to Nasa... Auto correct is not helpful in our registration, it actually creates a ton of work for us.
There are many times when we would not want first letter capital and the rest lower case.
Please advise on when this could be fixed.

Force ALL CAPS on online registration forms
So that the badges will all look the same is there a way to force the entries into the online registration fields to all caps? Some people register and type in lower case, some use all caps, and some capitalize the first letters. Currently, the name badges print exactly as they entered it. I have to sort through all the registrations and correct the ones that were typed in lowercase only. By forcing all caps all the badges and certificates would look more uniform.

editing registration form
It'd be helpful to be able to edit the registration form when an attendee makes a mistake on it. Right now I am having problems with an email address that is not recognized as valid; the system keeps showing a box that the email is not valid when I click to confirm the person. If I were able to edit the email, I'd be able to confirm the registrant.

Addl email field for Cc'd confirmations
The majority of registrations are completed by administrative assistants. It would be great if they could provide an email address in addition to the registrant so they could receive a copy of the confirmation as well as any follow up communications. Right now, the system only allows for sending to the registrants' email.

Show character limits on the Import help pages.
I ran into issues with the course descriptions, speakers, etc when I had more data than was allowed. It would be helpful to show the character limits for each field for each type of import so that can be cleaned up prior.

Need report for attendees who didn't check in at event
Need report showing names and group associated of those who did not check in for event/conference to double check against badges remaining at registration.

Extract Company information
We need a way to extract company information. Specifically, the booth numbers. We have a team filling in booth numbers but there is no way to extract all of them to make sure we didn't double assign or use for reference.

Drop down Menu for States
Would like to have the option for a drop down menu for States so that they don't have the ability to enter the full state name. When creating name badges we put the city and state on them and like them all uniformed so it take time to go back and change everybody's that put a full state name to the abbreviation.

Ability to disable "watch now" button after a session concludes.
We host a virtual conference that awards CEUs and do not allow attendees to rewatch sessions. We like that the button is there for those who join late, but disabling the button after the session ends would eliminate some attendee confusion.

Session Information Box Color and Font Color Issues
The Session information in Conference Tracker is difficult to read. The yellow box with a white font color choice is difficult to read. Would like to see this color choice changed or have the option to change it in the Appearance section so it can be easier to read and more aesthetically pleasing.

Registration Email
The attendee registration email makes reference to "his" it should be proper and say "his/hers" or something else.

Reviewing Registrations
When reviewing Accepted or Pending registrations, it would be beneficial to sort them by date so the most current ones are first not last as it is now.
